The Problem
Claims auditors needed a consolidated view of complex, multi-source medical claims data to review accuracy without cross-referencing multiple systems. Diagnosis codes, HCPCS, service lines, and member history each lived in a different view, which slowed down audits and made it easy to miss inconsistencies.
- Claims data (diagnosis codes, HCPCS, service lines) was scattered across multiple sources with no single consolidated view.
